Order storage

Neither Poeska nor our delivery partners are able to hold your order for a future delivery date. Please be ready to accept your order within the timeframes we have shared with you.


UK shipping

If your order contains both small and furniture items, they will be delivered separately and you will receive a dispatch confirmation with further information regarding your delivery for each shipment.

Any preorder and made-to-order products will be dispatched in line with the timings shown in your order confirmation.

 

Once orders are placed, it can take up to 4 weeks to be delivered.
